Golden Elegance Saffron Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • Pinch of Organic Saffron Threads, steeped in 1 tablespoon warm water

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Paprika, for garnish

  • Fresh herbs like parsley or dill, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 12 minutes.

  2. Prepare Saffron: Steep saffron threads in warm water.

  3. Cool and Peel Eggs: Cool eggs in cold water, then peel.

  4. Halve Eggs: Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.

  5. Make Filling: Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, saffron water, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pipe Filling: Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into egg whites.

  7. Garnish: Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with fresh herbs.

Serve:

  • Serve as an elegant starter at any gathering.
