Golden Elegance Saffron Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
Pinch of Organic Saffron Threads, steeped in 1 tablespoon warm water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnish
Fresh herbs like parsley or dill, for garnish
Instructions:
Boil Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 12 minutes.
Prepare Saffron: Steep saffron threads in warm water.
Cool and Peel Eggs: Cool eggs in cold water, then peel.
Halve Eggs: Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
Make Filling: Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, saffron water, salt, and pepper.
Pipe Filling: Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into egg whites.
Garnish: Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with fresh herbs.

Serve as an elegant starter at any gathering.
