Coriander Harmony Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
8 lamb chops
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Authentic Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust: In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, coriander powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Season the Chops: Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, and rub them with minced garlic.
Coat the Chops: Press each lamb chop into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Cook the Chops: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb chops and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach the desired level of doneness.
Rest the Meat: Remove the chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
