Golden Spice Pumpkin Soup: Garam Masala Delight

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon Authentic Garam Masala from Punjab

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.

  2. Add pumpkin puree, broth, and garam masala.

  3. Simmer for 20 minutes. Blend until smooth.

  4. Stir in coconut milk, heat through. Season to taste.
